There are a few things you can try to fix an Epson printer that is not printing:
Restart your printer and computer. This can often fix minor problems with printers.
Check the printer connections. Make sure that the printer is properly connected to your computer and to a power source. If you are using a USB cable, try using a different cable. If you are using a network connection, make sure that the network is working properly.
Check the printer queue. The printer queue is a list of all the documents that are waiting to be printed. To open the printer queue, right-click on the printer icon in the Windows system tray and select Open print queue. If there are any documents in the printer queue that are stuck, try canceling them.
Update the printer driver. The printer driver is the software that allows your computer to communicate with your printer. To update the printer driver, go to the Epson website and download the latest driver for your printer model.
Run the Epson Printer Troubleshooter. Windows includes a built-in troubleshooter that can help you fix problems with printers. To run the Epson Printer Troubleshooter, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Click on Printer and then click on Run the troubleshooter.
